How To Make A Minecraft Server With Plugins

So far you have set up the server so only you can use it. The whole point you decided to make a Minecraft server was so that you and other people could play Minecraft on the same world and interact with each other. It would be boring for you to play all alone so I will show the steps to allow others to join your Minecraft server.

1. Open CMD by pressing the windows keys + R and entering "cmd"

2. Now that CMD is open you should type "ipconfig" and hit enter. You should see a screen with lots of numbers and letters. This is the information about your internet connection. Is It Tho

3. Copy the number from Default Gateway. It should be something like: 192.168.0.1

4. Open the web browser that you prefer, and copy the number down into the URL address line.

5. Log into your internet router.

6. Click on Advanced Settings to go to the Port Forwarding Section. Click on Add New and enter "25565” for the port number

7. To open CMD again, press the windows key + R while typing "cmd". Locate your IPv4 address to use as your IP address.

8. Next, find out your public IP by going to this link

9. To allow people to join your servers, you need to give them the public address followed by "?25565". It should look something like "PublicIP:25565".

You and your friends can now play and interact in the same Minecraft world. Although the IP address is not what you intended, it is possible to have an IP address like "us.mineplex.com". However, this is expensive and more complicated.
